Thank you for choosing our products! We are happy to inform you that we ship every Thursday, so if you place your order before Wednesday, it will be shipped the next day. This way, you can receive your order as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY

How to qualify for a return:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), please provide proof of purchase and damage within 5 days of delivery for a money-back guarantee.

What cannot be returned or refunded:
Due to product nature, we don't accept refunds/exchanges. Contact us with any order issues at info@kimcosuperfood.com. We're dedicated to your satisfaction and strive to assist within 1-3 business days.

Refund process:
Upon approved inspection of the return, a refund (minus restocking and shipping fees, if applicable) will be issued within 5-7 business days via iDeal or the original payment method.
CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours. Refunds can not be processed if you refuse shipment upon arrival. Note: Shipping costs won't be reimbursed.
WRONG ADDRESS
Ensure a secure shipping address. We can't cover lost/stolen packages. No refund for insufficient/wrong addresses unless the problem is promptly addressed with us. An order does not qualify for a refund if a package comes back to us as "insufficient" or "wrong addressed". If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!
PRODUCT DAMAGE & EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, email info@kimcosuperfood.com within 5 days of receiving damaged goods. Include invoice number, tracking info, order date, name, address, and a photo of the damaged product.
